We are a recently formed partnership that brings together more than fifty years experience of working with people and organisations. There are two partners, John & Jules and a number of Associates that they work with on a regular basis.
John is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute a trained counsellor and a highly skilled group facilitator. He has worked as a third sector leader specialising in organisational transformation for many years.
Jules is completing an MSC in integrative psychotherapy, is a trained counsellor, a coach and an accomplished public speaker. She has worked as a third sector leader specialising in organisational and individual development for many years.
